"Unlimited" Price Stepping -

- Select the dates any items to change price - up to 365 times per year if desired!
- Schedule when the "ON SALE" flag is to change (thus affecting discountability).
- Schedule dates when the Coupon is Valid or not Valid for each item.  

POS Coupon Processing -

- Cash registers "know" when coupons are valid or invalid, and will automatically deduct (add in a "coupon" transaction) the coupon amount if valid. Cashiers don't need to know, and manually honor, coupon dates,

Function will work for any item (not just cigarettes) as needed.

You can now issue "Club" ID cards to your customers, which can be scanned at registers.  A new selection in the Customer Database allows you to assign a barcode to any customer.  Your Customer Database is used for any Customer Club accounts you wish to add, or to assign a Club barcode to existing customers in your database.

Completion of the customer's address is sped up - keying in the zip code will look up City and State in the 40,000 zip code database and fill in blanks.  

You can add or edit Club Card customers at the cash registers or manager terminals.
 

Save Sales Journal to Disk -

 As an option, you can save every sale to the hard disk to recall or print later.
 Optionally only save "Club Member" or House Charge sales to disk.

Item Name Lookup/ Scroll in Manager Order -

POS - Multipack price "on-screen cheat-sheet" -

When a multipack item is scanned and the program asks the cashier to press a Packing key, the screen now shows valid packings and their prices.

Log-off/Log-on - Added to Master Menu a "Quick Log off/on" as different Employee number.
 
Manager Call feature

 There is a new selection under the "REG MODE" key on registers which allows the clerk to call the manager.  When selected, all manager consoles that are online - regardless of their mode, or what they are doing - will be signaled with a beep and "REGISTER n IS CALLING" message that repeats for about 20 seconds.

Numeric Zero Entry

Primarily for the purposes of Zip Code entry, the software no longer rejects leading zeroes. 

Wine Year, N.V. Entry

With this release, you are given the option of entering zero as the year (indicating vintage 2000), or you can select N.V.

Sort/Search Name Filter

As a final Sort Parameter in most Searches in the Master Menu #9 "Sort/Search" function, you can optionally enter a name to search for.  This can be used to search for items where your other fields (like Type or Brand) aren't sufficient for your purpose.
